An inverted sour built on 1.5 oz of Angostura Bitters as the base spirit — bracing, complex, unmistakable.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Angostura Bitters
- 1 oz Orgeat
- 0.75 oz fresh Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Rye Whiskey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
