A smoky twist on the Moscow Mule — earthy and refreshing.
Ingredients

- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- ½ oz fresh Lime juice
Instructions
- Fill a copper mug or tall glass with ice.
- Add mezcal and lime juice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

Tips
- Mezcal's smokiness pairs beautifully with spicy ginger beer.
- Use a joven (unaged) mezcal for the brightest smoke flavor.
